When I meet with a new possible new customer who is interested in our services, 1 question I like to ask is ” why are you making a change to your janitorial service provider?” Sometimes the answer I get back from the potential customer is ” well the current janitorial company leave some of their equipment behind after they have cleaned our office space.”
